Since 1869, the royal blue and white stripes of the North Melbourne Football Club have been part of Melbourne. Thanks to the hard work and support of many people, the club will continue with its rich heritage. However it is now up to all of us who care so passionately for the club, to dig deep. Not just financially but also with our time and effort. Spread the word of our membership campaign. If you know some lapsed members, put pressure on them to rejoin. Convert the "barrackers" into members. Buy a membership for the people down the street who maybe can't afford it at the moment. We all have a part to play, we need to act now to ensure that our children have a club for years to come.

Indeed a memorable night for all who attended, and certainly a pivotal moment for the future of the great club. Held at Dallas Brooks Hall, in front of an almost capacity attendance, the members of the North Melbourne Football Club were informed of the future direction of the club and what was required to ensure its success.
